I purchased a Gucci belt 8 years ago. I where it maybe 20 times a year.
This year 2 small screws fell out of the buckle. I called Gucci customer services as Gucci say they will repair their goods if you have an account with them. I brought it into the store on the 20th January 2024 and politely acknowledged by email on the 21st January 2024. On 1st February 2024 customer services emailed me to say ''Our technicians have informed us that unfortunately no repair intervention is available for the repair of your belt''!
I emailed them back the same day to remind them that it was only 2 screws missing and wanted to escalate this matter, as Gucci is supposed to be a premium brand and the belt should have more longevity and it wasn't actually broken. On the 10th February they acknowledged my email and said to allow 3-5 working days for an update in response! On the 19th February I emailed them again and advised that they had my belt for almost 3 weeks!
On the 22nd February they finally responded ''We apologise for the delay in response. As we no longer stock the spare parts for this item, we are unable to initiate a repair as the necessary components are for this particular belt buckle which we no longer have''.

Hi, bought a Gucci shoes from Qatar during the fifa World Cup unluckily bought the wrong size Whch was smaller. I reside in India .
Aft contacting the Qatar store they said u will have to exchange in a Middle East country since the purchase was from Qatar , but he Evn said if u try the shoe 3-4 times it might losen up . But after trying the shoe my toe nail broke cause the size was small . Visited Dubai today 26th jan 2024 so told them abt this query, but they refuse to exchange the shoe coz it was bought during 1st dec 2022 & was worn 3- 4 times . Spoke to the manager but they refuse to help us .
Would request the customer care to look into this matter .
Writing this late to you guys coz we thought the Middle East country would exchange when bought it from them . Have the bill copy of the purchase plus Evn the picture of the damaged toe nail too

Poor quality and poor customer service
My husband's Gucci sneaker screener had a quality problem on the rubber of the sole after 7 years: the rubber crumbled in the middle of the sole creating *** and laterally. After asking customer care for support, not claiming to get a refund but only asking for a sole replacement, the Customer care said that it's not connected to the quality but to the wear and tear.
How is it possible that sneakers paid 800 can be destroyed in this way after only 7 years? The rubber deterioration is usually visible on the border of the sole, not in the middle or in the lateral side and not after a few years. Nobody after several requests for help replied to me with more specific explanation.. repeating always that is a result of usage.
I'm pissed off about it and I don't suggest to buy Gucci sneakers anymore. Quality is terrible and client support even worst..

I made my order on 25Dec, paid for the next day air delivery. I did not receive my order on 27th, I called customer service and was informed it got cancelled.
There was no reason for my order cancelled. So I gave another try with the order over the phone with the customer associate and was told my order to be delivered the next day. Nothing came the next day, I called back and was told it's still in process. Called back on 29th and it's still in process.
I want to cancel my order as it's been dragging and didnt get what I expected. I need to fly back home and could not receive the order anymore. I was told the order is in process and cannot be cancelled. I will have to wait for the delivery and then they will process the return.
Once they received the items in their warehouse, then they will refund my money.
This is ridiculous and unpleasant experiences with the whole process and their customer services! If there is negative star available, then GUCCI will have the honor to receive it from me

Bad customer service and exchange/return policy
I placed an online order for Gucci bag in store . When the bag arrived didnt liked it so shipped it back .
The returned was received on Dec 18 and till today return is not processed.got text message from client services rep saying Cheque has been issued on Dec 22 and tracking and confirmation will be send send shortly its been more than 10 days now still waiting called customer service dozens of times and they continue to advise me that someone will get back to me in ***** hours. No one has followed up. I am traveling and not around to that store so cannot get there easily. The company has my return but not refunded $$$
The costumer service guy said they cant do anything about because the decision of accepting the return is always a local store sales manager responsibility , Gucci corporate cant intervene about store manager decision .
GUCCI *****, the do not have consumer protection policies. It is only base on how much they sale to be able to keep the store open at each location .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am appalled at the awful customer service Gucci provides. The people answering the phones are incompetent!
I was trying to purchase a gift for my boyfriend and It kept saying that my payment was not successful. I thought that was weird, so I just used a different card, however still did not go through. I then called them and all they could say was that " I was not verified and therefore could make a purchase" I had no idea what this meant and neither did she. She said I had to use PayPal.
I used PayPal and still could not make purchase. I called again and the lady who answered was not helpful. Again, could not give me an answer as to why none of my payments were not going through. At the end of it all I couldn't get my bf a gift and still have no idea why I was denied.
I guess I can NEVER purchase from their online store again. Ridiculous!

My husband bought a silk scarf at the end of May for our June anniversary. The scarf had a snag so I took it in for exchange and was told it was greater than 14 days so no refunds or exchange.
When I said it was snagged the Frontenac Manager DAVE said it appeared it happened when I tried to remove the tag. I did not ever try to remove anything, it came this way. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Will never buy from Frontenac Gucci store again.
Snooty and condescending.
I called Gucci Customer Service at (877) 482-**** and was told that they cannot override a purchase made in the store. Unbelievable that Gucci can get away with selling damaged goods and there is no recourse.
