Gucci sunglasses with Swaroski crystals in the arm. Screw was loose.

Go to get it tightened. Glue was in screw. They could not get screw driver in screw. There for arm is super loose.

I like tight arms. It can be tightened. Went for a replacement pair. They no longer warranity anything that was bought a yr ago.

Not even 3 months ago. So needless to say want designer. I would skip on anything Gucci. If you have customers spending over eight hundred dollars or much more.

You would think statisfying all customers would be on the very top of your priority. However reading all these complaints. Consumers every where take your money else where. Take it to high end stores that pride themselves in customer service.

Their customer service is awful. Customers should not have to worry about the changes in manufactor sector. You took our money. Now many left in the dark.

Many left wondering what the ***. When you call the number to get help it hangs up on you!! Your Gucci high end and expensive. You taught me your products are junk.

Thank you for doing nothing. Buyers be ware!

It is not the stores that sell Gucci. It is Gucci its self that lacks concerns of customers!
