This is my second time reaching out to Gucci. The stitching on the purse is defective.

I love my purse but don’t want any further issues with it later. Can I return to store within 30 days for a refund and I can purchase something else.

No unfortunately not.... I have been waiting now for 3 weeks and nothing has happened....

I bought a pair of sneakers but when I got them I could see a defect so I sent them back and asked for an exchange, I didn’t even now if they have received the sneakers so I emailed them and asked them they told me that yes they have received my sneakers and that they will process my exchange very shortly...

3 weeks later nothing has happened no sign of my sneakers or my money. I am really disappointed and mad..
