Bought Gucci bad which frayed within six weeks. Called Gucci took 5 weeks after several emails and phone calls for someone to get back to me. All this started in June , bag and wallet was sent back in July, September now, still waiting for refund. Customer service non existent Gucci Bista worst service ever !!!!
