First of All, I've called the Atlanta, GA. Gucci store for the last 3 weeks, just to get an answering service machine that does not allow you to leave a message due to the answering machine being full.

Finally Eaird answered the phone and I was elated. I ordered the GG Supreme Bees Backpack for my daughter 17th BDay for a whopping $1500.. She saw this Backpack and had to have, so I wanted to surprise her with it on her BDay. According to the web site, they have 24 Hours shipping and it's free within the U.S.

and gift wrapped. So I ordered the backpack on the morning of Feb. 5, 2018 and was told I would have it by tomorrow afternoon. Later on at approximately 3:30pm I received a phone call from the salesmen informing me that according to his manger, he could not overnight the backpack because I had to physically purchase the item in the store vs.

paying for it over the phone. I was then informed that it would take an additional 4 days and he is sorry for destroying my daughter BDay.

I feel cheated and not to mentioned I purchased over hundreds/thousands of Gucci merchandise. I hurt.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
