Bought a belt for my daughter for Christmas 2017 . Still trying to get a resolution to the 14 day return policy . Looks like I am going to have to take the belt to an alterations shop to reduce the size when they could have simply exchanged for a smaller size

I bought a belt that was backordered for 4 months, and when it came it was the wrong size. Not only was I not allowed to exchange it, the price had also gone up in the 4months since I bought it and so they refused to honor the initial price. Great.
Gucci - Return / refund
I Return product I did not receive refund within policy time frame as promised per there written policy and as stated (a company is only as good as there customer service you can't be a high end company with low end service) Gucci offered me free shipping on my next purchase because of the mistake but shipping is already always free so really they offers me nothing to make
