I Return product I did not receive refund within policy time frame as promised per there written policy and as stated (a company is only as good as there customer service you can't be a high end company with low end service) Gucci offered me free shipping on my next purchase because of the mistake but shipping is already always free so really they offers me nothing to make

5 times they canceled my order and the clowns that work there cant figure out why but ill tell u why its fraud they say they deliver to canada but they really dont liers like i thought it was illegal to say you do something and you really dont but guess gucci can do that

Appalling customer service. My husband ordered me a belt for Christmas, but unfortunately was the wrong size. I emailed them three times, with no response. I tried to ring but it is continually busy and there is no system to hold. I tried to fill out the automatic response email from the website but it won't send. I am no stuck with an expensive belt that doesn't fit and no way of returning it.
